Guide

Overview

Pitch is a directable AI production studio that turns URLs, recordings, documents, assets, or ideas into launch films, demo recordings, decks, and video edits. You can drive it from an AI agent over MCP, or from your own code over REST.

An agent opens a real browser, walks through your product, writes the script, records the screen, and renders an MP4. The same studio also builds launch films, slide decks, and cleans up screen recordings you already have.

There are two ways in. Both take the same API key and spend from the same credit balance.

#How a project runs

Every output is a project: a workspace, an agent, and a conversation. You create it with a first prompt, the agent starts working right away, and creation returns with an id. Work is usage-metered as it runs. Poll for the result, then keep talking to the same agent to change it.

create -> working -> ready <-> working (each follow-up prompt)
                    \
                     ->  failed

Work is metered as it happens, not charged up front. If the first turn ends with nothing usable, its status records the failure. See Polling projects.
